El músico estadounidense Jared Leto y su hermano Shannon fueron demandados por su sello discográfico, Virgin Records, a pagar alrededor de 30 millones de dólares en concepto de indemnización por daños y perjuicios, según informó el portal E!Online.

La discográfica acusa a ambos fundadores del grupo estadounidense 30 Seconds to Mars de incumplimiento de sus obligaciones en la producción de cinco álbumes.

Hasta el momento, el grupo de música alternativa sólo ha producido un álbum debut titulado con el nombre de la banda y el CD "A Beautiful Lie" (2005), que se convirtió en todo un éxito.
